How to make an annotated bibliography:
  • Go to Citation Machine

  • From the menu on the left select MORE. This will give you a lengthy list of the types of resources you might use for any project.
  • Fill in the boxes with as much information as you possibly can. If you can add an annotation, do that. An annotation tells you used the resource in your research.
  • Click submit
  • Copy and paste the citation into your document OR write our your citation exactly as it appears on the screen (including the indentation).
  • Remember that you need at least one sentence for annotation of each resource you use for your project.
